For our SEQTA Support Team to provide support to Department of Education WA schools to the SEQTA platform, we’ll require access to the Department of Education's secured and monitored VPN service.
This service requires refreshing every school year to enable critical software patches, version updates, database and reporting changes.
To provision this new service each school will need to submit a Business Case Memorandum of Agreement for Non-Panel Integrators (BCMOA) form via the Department's ICT Service Management Tool (IKON).
An individualised BCMOA form will be sent to the school by our SEQTA Support team. Please arrange for the school principal to submit the SEQTA supplied BCMOA form via IKON’s ICT Self-Service Hub.
