Health centre is used to manage and report on visits to sick bay. A 'sickbay entry' is created for each student admitted to sickbay, this is used to record information such as the reason for the sickbay visit, treatment given or medication administered.
Once the sickbay entry has been saved, an attendance solution can be entered to record attendance to the sickbay (thus notifying teaching staff not to expect the student in their class).
Health centre reports
There are various reports available that display information regarding Health centre which can be accessed through the 'Reporting' tab. Attendance reports for sickbay visits are also available through the Attendance administration page under the 'Reports' tab.
- List of sickbay entries: Displays details of sickbay entries that were previously added in a PDF format. The following fields are included in this report: student, nurse, date, location, notes.
- List of sickbay entries (CSV): Displays details of sickbay entries that were previously added in a spreadsheet format. The following fields are included in this report: student, nurse, date, location, notes.
- Sickbay details: Complete detail of individual entries.
- Student information: Photo, house, roll, year, & medical detail
