Removing past timetable periods from the Marks book

Past timetable periods can be removed from the drop-down list in the purple reporting section of the marksbook. While a Timetable period is set as 'Hidden in marks book' the following will apply:

• The timetable period will no longer be available for selection in the reporting section in the marks book. Teachers will only be able to view reporting data for the timetable periods the class is bridged across
• The timetable period will no longer be available for selection in the 'School values' entry box in the Pastoral care workspace.

The steps for changing the visibility options for a timetable period are as follows:

1. Navigate to the Administration workspace
2. Go to the Timetable management page and click on the Cycle/Period Setup sub-page
3. Select the timetable period that needs the visibility to be changed
4. Deselect the option Visible in marks book as required
5. Click Save
