Issue Type | Issue Key | Summary | Module | Comment | Service Desk Ref. |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Defect | TRIAG-5234 | Correct class counts for lessons shared across multiple pathways | SEQTA Teach | Fixed an issue where lessons shared across multiple pathways could display an incorrect number of classes in Programme Planner. The display now accounts for pathways across all programme sequences, rather than only the active sequence. | 2587935 |
Defect | TRIAG-5231 | Improve programme loading performance | SEQTA Teach | Improved programme loading by retrieving detailed lesson content only when a lesson is opened, rather than loading every lesson’s content upfront. Previously opened lesson content is cached to avoid unnecessary repeat requests. | 2573527 |
Defect | VI-205 | Fix attendance report generation for large student selections | SEQTA Teach | Fixed an issue that prevented background attendance reports, including the Federal STATS report, from generating when large numbers of students were included. Updated report queries handle larger student datasets more efficiently. | 2594256 |
Defect | TRIAG-3093 | Enable scheduled report emails on cloud-hosted instances | SEQTA Teach | Enabled scheduled report emails from Jasper Reports Studio on cloud-hosted instances, allowing report information to be emailed according to the configured schedule. | 2354735 |
Defect | SA-2033 | Improve SEQTA database resource usage | SEQTA Teach | Improved routine database maintenance to clean up summary tables after bulk updates, reducing unnecessary database growth. |
