In preparation for Interim reporting Report types, Report templates and Values templates can be hidden or made visible accordingly to prevent teachers from entering reporting data under the incorrect options.

Hiding or unhiding Report types

  1. Navigate to the Administration workspace
  2. Go to the Data management page and click on Report types
  3. Click on the record to change the visibility
  4. Tick or untick the option Hidden as required
  5. Click Save to keep changes


Update Report type custom text fields

  1. Navigate to the Administration workspace
  2. Go to the Data management page and click on Report types
  3. Click on the record to be changed
  4. Update custom text if needed


Hiding or unhiding Report templates

  1. Navigate to the Administration workspace
  2. Go to the Curriculum setup page and click on the Report templates sub-page
  3. Tick or untick the option Hide this report template as required
  4. Click Save


Hiding or unhiding Values templates

  1. Navigate to the Administration workspace
  2. Go to the Curriculum setup page and click on the Value templates sub-page
  3. Tick or untick the option Hide this value template as required
  4. Click Save
