Pastoral care and extra-curricular data can not be directly synced into SEQTA. However, if the data can be exported from the school's system into a spreadsheet, this can then be uploaded onto the school's SEQTA server by the SEQTA Service Desk.
Please be advised that this service is now billable. Authorisation will need to be provided by your School Education or School Technical contact.
See below for the fields required in the spreadsheet.
Required fields:
- Pastoral care type/Category (eg. Awards, Co-curricular)
- Details (e.g. Academic Achievement Award, Basketball)
- Student code
Optional fields:
- Staff code (On behalf of) - if this is not specified, this will be left blank
- Staff code (Created by) - if this is not provided, please specify which staff member the records are to be assigned to.
- Date (From) - If this information is not supplied, the current date will be applied
- Points - If this information is not supplied, the field will be left blank.
- Sub-category - If this information is not supplied, the field will be left blank
- Connotation - If this information is not supplied, the field will be left blank
