SIS export

Modified on Fri, 6 Mar at 10:51 AM

SEQTA Teach has reports available that are specifically designed to export attendance data from SEQTA into SIS.
This report is not available by default in SEQTA Teach as it is only required by some schools and can be made available on request to the SEQTA Support Team. In addition, the report needs to be configured for each new timetable rollout.

Upon implementation of the SIS Attendance Export tool, period code mappings for each individual timetable structure are applied in the SEQTA Teach database. These mappings will remain in place when timetables are copied across to a new school year. Please note that if modifications are made to timetable structures which compromise the existing SIS Attendance Export period code mappings, a scoping and quotation will be required to revisit the task of configuring period code mappings in SEQTA Teach.

Initially, the report will need to be configured to map to the correct periods in the schools timetable; please ensure that sufficient notice is given to allow the SEQTA Support staff to make the required changes. We recommend at least five working days, however, if this is not possible please notify the Support Team of the deadline when requesting the report be made available.
