Edval Daily Export to SEQTA

Information for setting up and exporting data from Edval is available in the Edval knowledge base under Integration > SEQTA.

The steps for setting up SEQTA are available in the article Timetable Setup Guide. This process can be completed before or after setting up Edval.

If there are any changes to the structure or setup of the Timetable in Edval, please raise a Case for a Sync/Timetable review before making changes in Edval. To raise a case please contact the SEQTA Support team via the Help portal.

This includes:

• Changes to the Grid
• The addition of Duties
• The additional of Unavailable
• The additional of sub-classes
• Addition of Daily Org components supported by SEQTA
• Teacher and Room Swaps

The following changes might NOT be possible mid-timetable period:

• Changes to Class codes
• Changes to Subject codes
• Changes from syncing Course code to class code

The following cannot be made mid-timetable period:

• Changing to a Multigrid format
• Addition of Daily Org components supported by SEQTA
• Star Classes
