Introduction
Summarised Assessment Feedback for Students is an AI powered addition to SEQTA designed to aid students in assimilating teacher feedback and improving their academic performance. It provides students with a summarized account of feedback from across their subjects, within their own personal dashboard.
How it works
Summarised Assessment Feedback retrieves feedback on a per student basis for the last 6 months and summarizes the results for the student in a maximum of 10 bullet points of suggestion. The summary of the feedback is ordered with the most frequent themes and most pertinent points at the top of the list.
The summarised feedback is generated by AI and will change as new feedback from teachers is supplied to the student over time.

Configuration
Summarised Assessment Feedback can be controlled at a school level and then each student may control visibility. To enable it for your school:
You must have the DASH: EDIT permission in order to access Dashboard Management
This change will apply to all students at the school with SEQTA Learn access
Navigate to Dashboard Management. Choose the level of visibility required in SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage
Available - Users will have the Summarised Assessment Feedback section shown in their Dashboard, but have the ability to not show it
Required - Users will have the Summarised Assessment Feedback section shown in their Dashboard, and are unable to hide it
Unavailable - No Assessment Feedback summary will be created nor made visible to users
Students and Parents will have the following option showing in their Dashboard.
Limitations
All students are included if the functionality is enabled, however individual students can hide this functionality
Feedback is across all subjects and cannot be limited to a specific teacher or group of teachers
Feedback from the last 6 months is summarised. It is not currently possible to change this window of time
