Sync Statuses (Sync-Next)

NOTE: Administration of Schools (AoS) is the admin system used by CEWA schools.

 

If the sync shows "Queued" for more than 10 minutes or "Failed", there could be an issue with syncing data from your admin system. This should be looked at by our Sync team. Please log a ticket via the Support portal.

NOTE: Clicking on the Play button will trigger a manual sync. 

 

When the sync shows "Running", the sync is currently running and may take up to 10 minutes to complete, any longer, please log a ticket via the Support portal for our Support team to look into this.

"Success" indicates that the sync has run successfully.
