TABLE OF CONTENTS
There are various syllabus reports available which include details of what syllabus is being assessed and a list of syllabus currently in the system.
Syllabus List Reports (CSV)
The steps for printing the syllabus currently in the system are as follows:
- Go to the Administration Workspace > Academic Reports > Reporting.
- Select the report Syllabus List.
- Select 'Print' from the top-left corner.
- Select 'Click Here to Access Your Document'.
Syllabus Coverage and Assessment Syllabus
These reports are used to identify which syllabus are covered in a programme and also which syllabus as linked to assessments:
- Go to the Teaching Workspace > List of Programmes.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to find the programmes with the syllabus information you would like to view.
- Select 'Print' from the top-left corner.
- Select one of the following reports:
- Syllabus Content Coverage Report: Displays all the Syllabus sub-content on the same level as the syllabus linked to the programme
- Syllabus Coverage (CSV) Report: Displays syllabus linked to a programme (this includes syllabus that has been linked by selecting sub-content). This report excludes Reporting Syllabus Sets sets.
- Assessed Syllabus Report: Displays syllabus that has been added to the Programme and has been linked to an Assessment. If a Reporting syllabus set is selected in the Marks book settings this will be included on the report.
- Select 'Click Here to Access Your Document'.
Report Proof and Report Summary
These reports are available through the Marks book and require reporting data to be entered into the Marks book.
- Go to the Teaching Workspace > Timetable > My Day/My Classes/Traditional/Calendar.
- In the Reporting section of the Marks book select the applicable 'Timetable', 'Report type' and 'Report Template'.
- Select one of the following reports:
- Report Proof (Syllabus, Assessments and Affectives): Displays syllabus related to reporting data.
- Report Summary (Comments, Affectives, Syllabus and Assessments): Displays syllabus related to reporting data and assessments.
- Select 'Print' from the top-left corner.
- Select 'Click Here to Access Your Document'.
