Assessment Results (Student Sheet)
This printout is often used for Parent/Teacher interviews. It includes the assessment details, results and feedback.
- Go to the Teaching Workspace > Timetable > My Classes/Traditional/Calendar.
- Click on the Marks Book icon for the class.
- Select Print then find and select the report Assessment Results (Student Sheet).
- When the report is ready a notification will appear, select the notification then Click Here to Access Your Document button.
Printing the Assessment Results (Student Sheet) for Individual Students
This process required permissions to Masquerade as a Student or Guardian and for the Assessment to be best as visible in SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage.
- Select the student's name in the SIP.
- Click on the 'More' button (three vertical dots) and select 'Masquerade'.
- Select Assessments from the left menu.
- Select the subject then click the assessment you would like to print.
- Click on the 'More' button (three vertical dots) in the top-left corner.
- Select Print Assessment.
Assessment Details (Spreadsheet)
The Report 'Assessment Details (Spreadsheet)' displays the all the students assessment results of the selected timetable and reporting type.
- Go to the Administration Workspace > Academic Reports > Reporting.
- Then find and select the report Assessment Details (Spreadsheet).
- Select the students and select the applicable Timetable Period.
- Select any Report Type.
- Click Print then if prompted OK.
- Once complete the report will be available under the Notification icon in the top-right corner. Select the notification then select Click Here to Access Your Document.
SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage Programme Summary (CSV): Due Dates, Visible, Marked, Due Date etc.)
The report 'SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage Programme Summary (CSV)' displays assessment visibility settings and due dates. This report does not require results to be entered for the assessment to be included.
- Go to the Teaching Workspace > List of Programmes.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to find the programmes with the assessment data you would like to view.
- Click the Print button, and select the report 'SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage Programme Summary (CSV)' to print.
