If all or some assessments are missing from reports this indicates either:
a) The Assessment group the assessment is in has the option 'Available on reports' deselected in the Marks book settings
b) The assessment is not set to be available on reports. These options will not show if the Assessment group the assessment in has 'Available on reports' deselected
