If there are multiple Untimetabled classes the same it is most likely is a result of more than one programme being attached to the class. The easiest way to check this is to assign one of the classes a colour, if they all change to that colour it confirms there's one class and multiple Programmes.
To resolve this un-share the extra programmes from the class, keeping only the one with the results (which should not be unshared).
Do not click on the class, select 'Edit' and click 'Delete'. This will remove all of the class instances. If this occurs, contact the SEQTA Service Desk for assistance. In most cases, the class can be undeleted through the database.
- Open the Marks book for the first class, if it's blank go into the 'Programme Cover Page' then click 'Collaboration'. If there are results leave it as is and go onto check the next Marks book.
- The classes the programme is shared with show at the bottom of the popup. If the same class is listed multiple times contact the Service Desk). Otherwise, click the 'Bin' icon. If a message with red text displays click 'NO' and contact the Service Desk for assistance. Otherwise click 'YES' > 'OK'. When you go back to the timetable you should notice there is one less class.
- Repeat this process till only one remains (the one with the Marks!)
