Why are my lessons no longer shared after bridging?

Lessons added after pathways have been created will only be added to the selected pathway, this includes pathways with shared lessons.

If there are not sufficient lessons on the pathways at the time a class is bridged, the system will add one lesson in per week on each pathway, none of these lessons will be shared.

Sharing a lesson with multiple pathways

Step 1: Add all the required lessons on one of the pathways, enter in a lesson topic for each one so they can be easily found

1. Go to the Administration workspace > Timetable >My classes
2. Click on the Load programme icon
3. Open the Planner sub-page
4. If planning on adding lesson content for each lesson, click Add all, to ensure all lessons are populated for the current timetable period.
5. Enter your initials or keyword and a number in the lesson topics, for example 'JB 1', 'JB 2' or 'Lesson 1', 'Lesson 2'

Step 2: Go into each of the other classes and drag the lessons from 'Unused lessons' onto the pathway. The steps for this are as follows:

1. Go to the Administration workspace> Timetable >My classes
2. Click on the Load programme icon
3. Open the Lesson Organiser sub-page
4. Open unused lessons by clicking on the arrow in the top-right corner
5. Type you initials or keyword in the search box it should display all your numbered lessons.
6. Click and drag them onto the appropriate week and drag the blank lessons into Unused lessons
7. Click SAVE
8. Repeat steps 3-7 for one class (if two classes are sharing a pathway the steps only need be created under one class for it to appear in the other).
