The main causes for not being about to enter results into the Marks Book are as follows:
- Programme Restrictions: The person is trying to enter results for a class which is being taught by another teacher. To check this click on 'Restrictions' on the Programme 'Cover Page'.
- The incorrect values are being entered, (i.e. grades are being entered into a scored/numbered assessment or vice versa). This will be determined by the Course type associated with the Programme ', 'Grades-based' vs 'Marks-based' and 'Mixed-Mode'. For mixed-mode course types check the Assessment settings to identify if set to 'Graded' or 'Scored'.
- There is a browser issue. If this is the case, try refreshing the page, if that doesn't work test on another browser.
