The following are the most common reasons that attendance does not appear on reports, or is incorrect or duplicated:

The attendance has not been pushed onto the report

To push attendance onto reports go to the Administration workspace > Academic reports > Reporting. Select the report 'Attendance statistics for reports', set the 'Timetable period', 'Report type', 'Value template', 'Date range', 'Time range' and click Print.

Attendance was pushed onto the incorrect or multiple 'Values templates'

To check this go to the Administration workspace > Academic reports > Report editor. Select the student name and check under the various timetable periods or report types for data. The Value templates are displayed in green blocks under the subjects.

The students attendance has changed since the attendance was pushed onto reports.

To update the attendance run Attendance Statistics for reports again.

The attendance types are configured incorrectly or the report requires a logic change to pickup different attendance types.

If you suspect this is the issue, please email the SEQTA Service Desk with an example (eg. student name, date-range for attendance to be included on report, expected attendance value)

Attendance has been entered for classes outside school hours

This may be the issue if none of the above items apply. Please contact the SEQTA Service desk for assistance identifying where classes have been created or rerun the Attendance Statistics for academic reports again ensuring that the Time range is school hours only.
