Assigning Staff Permissions

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Staff permissions are managed in-house by the School's SEQTA Administrator. To assign a staff member permissions, add them to a Permission group through the 'Permission Management' page. Staff will be granted all permissions assigned to the permission groups they have been added to.

Teachers cannot mark the roll until they have been allocated to a permission group as the "@" symbol will not show on their classes.

If a staff name does not show under permissions, ensure the staff record has the persons full name in the 'Salutation' field, has a 'Username' and is assigned to a campus. If it still doesn't show, refresh/reload the page.
