How long does it take for a Notification to be sent?

Nearly all notifications are sent immediately. The exception to this are Assessment Notifications which are sent every hour on the hour.

What to do if an expected notification has not arrived

If a notification has not arrived in the expected time click the refresh icon on the browser (next to the address bar).

Report completed notification not appearing

Most reports will complete in 5-10 minutes. However, some reports may take up to 40mins, for example the Federal Stats report.

If a report notification does not appear in the Notification Pane after the expected time, click the refresh icon. Should it still not appear, rather then trying to print again, please contact the SEQTA Service Team with the Report name and selected filters.
