Alert reports (Medical alerts, Custody alerts etc.)

The reports below display the details of alerts for each student. In addition to these the alert information may also be included in other reports.

If unable to find a suitable report please contact the SEQTA Support team via the Help portal with your report requirements (field names and grouping).

*Attendance reports won't specifically show the attendance alert, but can be used to find those students with attendance issue.

Attendance alerts are set automatically. They are reset globally across all students using a date threshold.

Printing pastoral care reports which include alert information

1. Go the the Pastoral care workspace>Student summary>Reporting
2. Select the report required. To do this either scroll down the list, or use the search box.
3. Click Print, then Yes.
4. Select Click here to access your document to view the completed report.
