Unlocking WISP Assessments to Allow Re-Submission

WISP assessments will be locked in the following conditions:

• There is a result for the assessment in the Marks book
• The due date is in the past and the assessment is not set to show after the due date (i.e. the setting 'Allow Submission After Due Date For x Days' has not been enabled)
• The 'Online Final' of the WISP has been annotated. If the above two conditions are not being met then the issue is very likely due to annotations on the Final submission (see below for information on how to find these if they are not currently showing in the Marks book)

Removing Annotations from the Final Submissions

If the Final submission of the WISP has been annotated, complete the steps below to unlock it. This can be difficult to spot if the Due Date for the assessment has since been changed to a future point in time. Therefore, to see if this is the issue, you will need to set the due date to a point in the past.

1. Go to the Teaching Workspace > Timetable
2. Select My Classes (or one of the other sub-page's) and click on the 'Marks Book' icon for the class
3. Change the assessment Due-Date to a point in the past (before today)
4. Go into the Marks book and refresh/reload the page
5. Click on the 'View WISP' button for a student/assessment
6. You should now see the 'Final submission'. Click the 'Annotator' button
7. Click on the Annotations then delete the text and click 'Save'.
