Unread notification emails

Notification emails are best disabled until the account information has been released to students and parents. This ensures parents and students will not receive Unread notification emails asking them to log into SEQTA and check their Notifications.

Before re-enabling notifications, it is recommended that emails be customised to include the logo and a link/URL to the school's SEQTA Engage instance.

Customising unread notification emails

To ensure the rollout process runs smoothly, we recommend customising Provisioning emails and Unread notification emails to include the school's SEQTA Engage or SEQTA Learn link/URL, the school logo and information on how parents can contact the school, should they have issues with there login (phone number, email address etc).
