The 'Add solutions' button in the SIP can be enabled or disabled through the Application settings page. In addition to enabling the setting, staff will also need to be in a Permission group with the following permissions:
- ATT:SIP - So they can access the Attendance history through the SIP
- ATT:SOLN - An attendance administrator setting that allows the user to enter Attendance solutions
Enable the Attendance solutions from SIP setting in Application settings
- Go to the Administration workspace > Application settings > Application settings
- Search for the word 'solution' (without the quotes)
- In the sub-section 'Attendance' find the setting Attendance solutions from SIP
- Enable or disable as required
- Click Save
