In addition to the permissions below, there are also Application settings that need to be enabled for students and parents to have access to School Documents they have been granted access to view.
| Permission | Page or function |
| DOCS:EDIT | This allows the staff member to add and remove school documents and create and assign categories. |
| DOCS:VIEW | This allows staff to view documents on the Documents page |
