Errors accessing SEQTA Community

Modified on Thu, 12 Mar at 12:36 AM

The common causes for issues accessing SEQTA Community are outlined below. Once it has been confirmed that none of the below are the issue, please raise a case with the SEQTA Support team via the Help portal, with a screenshot of any error messages.

The SEQTA server does not have unrestricted outbound access to *.seqta.com.au on port 443.

  • The SEQTA server requires unrestricted outbound internet access to provide a large number of features within the SEQTA application. Please ensure that either you explicitly allow all outbound traffic or at the very least allow traffic to our domains and subdomains.

SSL Inspection is preventing outbound internet access by injecting self-signed certificates

  • We do not provide support for networks with SSL Inspection. Please either disable this on your network or ensure there is an exception for the SEQTA server.
