Sending Absentee SMSes

The Absentee SMS page automatically selects students with absences based on a set of rules specified by the school.

  1. Go to Administration Workspace > Attendance Administration > Absentee SMSes
  2. This should display a list of students flagged for absentee follow-up SMSes
  3. If needing to filter students (i.e. by campus) click on the "..." icon, add students then click OK > Reload
  4. Click on the check box at the top of the student column to select all students
  5. Click 'Send messages' > 'Confirm'.
