Absentee follow-up letter gives error code 560 or code 600

Error 560 displays when:

  • The selected student does not have Contacts flagged for email. This can be checked by bringing up the student name in the SIP. An email icon should appear next to one of the Contacts with an email address
  • The student has no absences for that day

Error 600 displays when:

  • the Absentee follow-up letter has not been customized and is unavailable
