Student files can be accessed through the SIP. They may be added through the SIP directly, generated by archiving (i.e. Academic Reports) or using the Bulk import tool in the Report Archive. Click here for more information and steps for this process.
The below Permissions allow access to view, import and generate student files.

| ACAD:PRINT | Access the Reporting tab on the Academic reports page to print and archive reports | RPTS |
| ACAD:REPO | Access the Report archive tab on the Academic reports page | PRTS |
