MyEdOnline - Creating and Sharing Folders

TABLE OF CONTENTS


  1. Click on the 'MyEdOnline Workspace' icon on the left-hand spine in SEQTA Hover-over the House icon in the top-left corner, then select 'Resources Library'.
  2. Under the sub-heading My Personal Library select the "+" button then select 'Add a Folder', a new folder will then display.
  3. Click 'New Folder'. A new folder should be displayed, click 'New Folder' to edit the folder name.
  4. Click on the 'Global Library' (world icon) to share with other school's that use MyEdOnline.
  5. Click on the 'Manage Sharing' (people icon) to:

      • Share with the Global library
      • Create a link which can be used to access the shared folder
      • Share with other teachers (if the teachers do not show use the below method)
  6. Click 'SAVE'.


Sharing an Existing Folder with Other Teachers

  1. Click on the 'Cog' icon.
  2. Select 'Sharing'.
  3. Select the names of the teachers you would like to have access to the folder, then click 'SAVE'.


Adding Sites to a Folder

  1. Select the Folder.
  2. Click 'New Sites' or 'Select an Existing Site' to the folder.
  3. Click 'SAVE'.
