TABLE OF CONTENTS
- Click on the 'MyEdOnline Workspace' icon on the left-hand spine in SEQTA Hover-over the House icon in the top-left corner, then select 'Resources Library'.
- Under the sub-heading My Personal Library select the "+" button then select 'Add a Folder', a new folder will then display.
- Click 'New Folder'. A new folder should be displayed, click 'New Folder' to edit the folder name.
- Click on the 'Global Library' (world icon) to share with other school's that use MyEdOnline.
- Click on the 'Manage Sharing' (people icon) to:
- Share with the Global library
- Create a link which can be used to access the shared folder
- Share with other teachers (if the teachers do not show use the below method)
- Click 'SAVE'.
Sharing an Existing Folder with Other Teachers
- Click on the 'Cog' icon.
- Select 'Sharing'.
- Select the names of the teachers you would like to have access to the folder, then click 'SAVE'.
Adding Sites to a Folder
- Select the Folder.
- Click 'New Sites' or 'Select an Existing Site' to the folder.
- Click 'SAVE'.
