The 'day' (eg. Mon, Tue etc) displays throughout SEQTA. For example on timetables, the attendance roll pages and the SIP. Changes to the cycle order can be managed through the 'Timetable Management page' (see below for steps).

Cycles, unlike periods, do not have a field that determines which order they display. Rather, they display in the order the days appear in the timetable structure.

Step 1: Make required changes to the Timetable structure

Go to the Administration workspace > Timetable management > Cycle/period setup

Select the Timetable period

Change the code of any cycle that needs to be moved to

Add a new cycle into the correct spot and assign the new cycle the correct code (required if cycle is included in the sync)

Delete out the value in 'code' for the cycles that need to be deleted

Click Save to apply the change. Any cycles with no code assigned will be deleted once you have clicked on Save

Step 2: Redeploy the Calendar

Go to the Administration workspace > Timetable management > Manage days

Select the Timetable period

Check all the days and make any adjustments required. Once this is done click SAVE to redeploy the calendar

Run a sync to ensure changes have come through correctly (allow 5 to 10 minutes for changes to take affect).

Refresh the page and check a teachers timetable to ensure changes have been made
