There is no functionality in SEQTA to specifically store student locker numbers. However, they can be imported or created in the Pastoral care system and displayed in SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage in the Pastoral care details Dashlet.

The suitability of this option will depend on the school's Policy and processes.

Set Up:

1. Create a Pastoral care type called 'Locker'
2. Create the Pastoral care notes with the locker number in the details or import via spreadsheet (see below)
3. Enable the Pastoral care details dashlet

Importing locker numbers

The SEQTA Service desk can import locker numbers on the initial setup and then at the start of the year once the new students are in SEQTA.

To import locker numbers, the spreadsheet needs to have two columns, one with student 'code' and the other with the locker number.
