When the 'Traditional' and 'My Classes' sub-pages display correctly, and the 'My Day' and 'Calendar' sub-pages do not, this indicates that there may be Calendar class instances assigned to a date outside the current timetable period.
Cause: This can occur when the end-date for the timetable structure was changed after the Calendar classes were created.
Resolution: This issue will need to be resolved by the SEQTA Support Desk. Please raise a ticket being sure to include the name of the impacted teacher(s), classes and class code(s). The offending class instances can then be found and removed from the database.
