Correspondence permissions

The following Permissions can be used to enable or disable access to various correspondence functions. These can be accessed through the Administration workspace>Permission management.

It is not possible to prevent the Email>Students option being available through the Attendance roll page and Marks books. The only method is to remove the email address from the student's record in SEQTA Teach.

Correspondence logs should be allocated with care as they will include Pastoral care emails, SMSs and Direqt messages for Restricted Pastoral Care Notes which might include sensitive information.
