Adding additional lessons to a programme

New programmes only display one lesson per week, and one week for each week with an instance of the class for the entire timetable period. Additional lessons and weeks can be added if required

If there is more lessons on a week then on the timetable the lesson will not have a week number, lesson number or date.

1. Go to Teaching Workspace > Timetable > My Classes/Traditional view/Calendar
2. Click on the Load Programme icon for the class
3. Select Planner
4. The following options are available to add lessons
   • Select Add All to add one lesson per class instance on the timetable for the entire timetable period
   • Select Add week to add additional weeks to the bottom of the planner. If programming ahead for the next semester try to add one week for each week in the timetable period
   • Click  the Add another lesson button for the week you would like to add an additional lesson
