Visibility of Private Events and Appointments

Staff with the permission 'EVENT: EDIT' and those with no Event Permissions:

  • Event will display on the Organisers timetable with the title 'Private event'
  • The 'details' will not be visible (ie. room, content and invitees)
  • Event will not display on invitees timetable if they are staff

Staff the the admin permission 'EVENT: ADMIN':

  • Event will display on the Organiser timetable with the correct title
  • The event details will be visible
  • Event will display on invitees timetable if they are staff

Staff with the permission 'MASQURADE':

  • Event and even details are visible to all staff when masquerading as the student or parent (if the student or parent is an invitee)
