Accessing the Ticketing System to View Tickets

  1. In SEQTA Teach go to the Home Workspace > Help!
  2. Click on the 'Knowledge Base' button. If the Knowledge base doesn't open select the browser notification and choose the option 'Allow Popups for this Site'.

  3. Select 'My Activities' in the top-right corner.

  4. The tickets should then be displayed in a table.image.png
