This article provides and overview of the account setup process for Internally managed Guardian accounts.
Account setup (provisioning guardian accounts)
Accessing SEQTA Engage (for parents)
This will generate and email to the parent with a link for them to click on. Once the parent clicks on the link they will be prompted to choose a username and password, once they have done this it will log them into SEQTA Engage.
After the initial account setup, parents can access SEQTA Engage directly via the SEQTA Engage app, accessing the URL directly or through the school's website (if it has a link to SEQTA Engage on it).

There are various methods for setting up the SEQTA Engage app, for example using the 'QR Code' on the Welcome email. The steps can be found in the following Knowledge base article:

Further assistance
When reporting issues to the SEQTA Service desk be sure to include the following information:
- Parent name
- Name of the parent's child
- Details of issue (eg. error, password failed)
- Device being used to access SEQTA Engage
- Whether or not the parent is using SEQTA Engage through a web-browser or using the SEQTA Engage app.
