The SEQTA Service Desk is available to assist schools with resolving issues with SEQTA Learn and SEQTA Engage. When reporting issues please be sure to include sufficient information.
Support with installing and using the SEQTA Engage and SEQTA Learn apps is managed in-house by the school. The SEQTA Service Desk is unable to assist parents or students directly.
Helpful information to include when reporting issues are as follows:
- Affected users (i.e. 'Some Parents', 'All Parents'). Regardless of the number of affected users please provide at least one name (if a Guardian also include the name of one of their children).
- Any error message (Full-screen Screenshot).
- Details of how far in the Apps Setup process they are getting.
- Details of the device with issues.
Tapping the QR Code Does not Work
If the QR code does not do anything when selected, this indicates the email client (i.e. gmail) is blocking it. Where this is the case, the account will need to be set up manually.
If the username and password have not been set, the parent can click the link in the Welcome email called 'Set Up Your Account Now'. This will open SEQTA Engage in the web browser. Once logged in, parents can select 'Settings' from the left hand side menu to access the manual set up information for the app.
