Why is the incorrect year or semester appearing on reports?

If the year is incorrect check in the 'year' field of the timetable structure. The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to Administration workspaceTimetable managementCycle/period setup
  2. Select the timetable period and the Year field will appear on the right hand side of the work area.

The term, year or semester may also appear incorrect if hard coded on reports. Should this appear to be the case, please contact the SEQTA Service desk with the following information:

  • Report name (eg. Interim report):
  • Report type and timetable period used when printing report (eg. 2019S2, Semester 2):
  • Test student:
