Locking and unlocking programmes

Programmes can be locked to ensure no further changes are made to the programme or the results in the marks book.

The permission ACAD: EDIT is required to lock and unlock programmes through the List of programmes page.

1. Click on Teaching workspace > List of programmes.
2. Using the filters at the top of the page, find the programme or programmes.
3. Click on the check box on the programme image to select an individual programme. Alternately, to select all of the programmes on the page, click the check box at the top of the column.
4. Select the Lock or Unlock button at the top of the page.
5. Click Save
