Changing the Attendance alert reset date

A cut-off period can be set in the Application settings so that any unresolved absences prior to the selected date will not flag a student with an Attendance alert.

  1. Go to the Administration workspace > Application settings Application settings
  2. Enter the keywords 'attendance alerts' into the search box in the top-right corner
  3. Find the setting called 'Attendance alerts reset date' and enter the date
  4. Click Save
