Checking a programme share

In most cases, a programme should be shared with all the classes in the cohort.

Checking the programme share for an individual programme:

1. Go to the Teaching Workspace > Timetable > My classes/Traditional/Calendar.
2. Click on the Load Programme on the class.
3. Cover Page from the sub-menu.
4. Select the Collaboration button. All of the classes sharing the programme are displayed at the bottom of the pane. If any classes are missing, select the Timetable period at the top of the popup, select the class, and click 'Share'.
5. Click OK to close.

Checking the programme share for multiple programmes:

1. Go to the Teaching Workspace > Timetable > List of Programmes.
2. Use the filters at the top of the page to find the relevant programmes.
3. Select the Collaboration button. All of the classes sharing the programme are displayed at the bottom of the pane. If any classes are missing, select the Timetable period at the top of the popup, select the class, and click 'Share'.
4. Click OK to close.
